Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and optional Personal Accident Cover
ACE European Group Limited provides Educational Risks Insurance for educational inspectors or consultants who wish to cover themselves as follows:

Professional Indemnity Cover
Claims made for

• negligence committed during the conduct of their professional activities and duties; and
• The costs and expenses incurred in the investigation, defence or settlement of any claims or situations which may give rise to claims covered by the policy; and
• Claims made against the insured of fraudulent or dishonest acts or omissions committed by the insured during the course of their professional activities and duties

Public Liability Cover
The costs of damage to other persons or the property of others which they become legally liable to pay.

Optional Personal Accident cover
Death or permanent disabling injuries sustained by the insured as the result of an accident 24 hours worldwide.

All the above covers are subject to the exclusions detailed in the policy. No recommendation or advice has been given in the sale of this policy.
